WOI/LCI’s Home Acquisition Program

As a Non-Profit 501 (C) 3 Tax Exempt Organization, Los Caminos De Israel, has initiated a program as part of their charter, to acquire single and multi family homes, and offer them under HUD Section 8 housing

We propose to purchase homes below market value under the 501 (C ) 3 exemption and rent through HUD section 8 which underwrites up to 80% of the rental amount for eligible candidates. And provide housing to families and person of low income. Simply buying homes below market price, with substantial down payments provided by contributors, philanthropists and other grants and foundations.

This program is not intended for the Investor who wishes to make a steady monthly return for his or her investment.  Rather, to bestow a living memorial in the way of a gift towards the acquisition of a home. All gifts (less the processing fee if provide via Credit Card goes into a dedicated escrow account until the committee authorizes the purchase of the home. A memorial plaque is placed on the outside of the home with the names of all donors.

A proposal for the Philanthropist

               Like no other time in history, those special people, who are known as Philanthropist who are known for their gifts to humanity thus enabling society to achieve the goals set forth by their gifts, have traditionally changed the world. To you we offer an opportunity to make a difference in our current situation by giving a substantial contribution to LCI for its acquisition program you will be depositing your contribution to an interest earning Escrow Account set up specifically by LCI and your authorization, to only draw from the escrow account for use of acquiring single and multi-family homes to make it available to those on Section 8 and or those are not able to afford normally housing rentals. Each home that is acquired fully by your endowment will carry the name of its donor. In the event LCI finds it necessary to sell such property, all monies received in said transaction must go to acquire another home of similar or greater value. And the original donor will have the new home dedicated to the donor-contributor name. If the Contributor chooses only to sponsor the 30% down payment of said home-property, he/she will be given part of the name of the home.

               Corporate or Foundations Contributions:

               Levels of Contributions Per House: $350,000.00, $300,000.00, $250,000.00, $200,000.00

               Levels of Contributions Down Payments: $150,000.00, $100,000.00, $75,000.00, $50,000.00 

                                                                         $25,000.00, $20,000.00, $15,000.00. $10,000.00

               Levels of Contributions for Closing Costs: $15,000.00, $10,000.00, $5,000.00

               Tax benefits for such contributions please consult with your Attorney and or CPA. 

               Individual Sponsors: $25,000.00, $10,000.00, $5,000.00, $2,500.00, $1, 250.00, $1000.00
